Someone asked me last night if my tree was still up, and the answer, of course, is yes. I mean it’s only February after all. Part of me thinks I should just leave it up all year, but I feel like it might lose some of its magic if I did that. Part of the joy of the tree is watching it all come together, putting the ornaments in just the right place, turning the lights on for the first time, and looking at the memories hanging from every branch.
