It doesn’t seem possible that it’s almost April, though the weather outside tells me it is most definitely spring. Do you even remember last April? I do not. I think everything from mid-March until almost June was a blur. Wonder what things will look like this time next year.
Not much news today…I get vaccine number two in a few hours, so that’s good. I’ve gotten back into a decent walking routine, and that’s definitely good. Thank you, Daylight Saving Time! I got to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine yesterday - it was GORGEOUS! And I cleaned out closets and bookshelves over the weekend and have at least eight bags of stuff to donate. YAY!
Knowing that I’ll be fully vaccinated by mid-day today has me thinking about all kinds of things…could I take a short trip? What about eating outside at a restaurant? What about going to a movie? Everything seems a little less scary knowing I’ll be vaccinated. I may do all of those things. Or none of them. I don’t want to be crazy, because no, the virus hasn’t gone anywhere. But even thinking about them makes me feel like there’s hope.
Okay, that’s it for now. Have a great week and I’ll see you back here tomorrow!
Yay for getting your second dose of the vaccine today!
